Founded in 2014, The Compassion Center stands as a beacon of hope and support for those in need. As a ministry under the guidance of ALC Ministries, a recognized 501(c)(3) organization, our mission has always been clear: to provide essential food and clothing to the underserved. Beyond the tangible goods, we offer ministry to every individual who walks through our doors, ensuring they leave not just with their immediate needs met, but also with a renewed sense of hope and purpose. Guided by the words of Jesus and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, we believe in the power of prayer, connection and serving others. Every person we serve is given the opportunity to connect with resources, receive prayer, and find a supportive community.

Over our nine years of operation, our impact has been profound. We’ve had the privilege of serving over 17,000 individuals, distributing more than 280,000 pounds of food, and receiving generous donations exceeding $150,000. These numbers, however impressive, only tell a part of our story. Each statistic represents a life touched, a family supported, and a community strengthened.

Furthermore, our commitment to empowerment extends beyond our immediate community. We are deeply dedicated to bolstering other vital ministries, including women’s recovery ministries and homeless centers. By collaborating and supporting these organizations, we amplify our collective impact, ensuring that more individuals receive the care, support, and resources they need.
